We’re excited to announce our Year 10 ‘Girls in Physics' Day on Wednesday 25th March, 10.00am - 2.30pm at New Science Building, UEA.
This inspiring event is designed to help students connect classroom physics with real-world applications, showing how physics leads to a wide and exciting range of careers - from sustainable energy and engineering to specialist scientific fields.
The morning will feature inspiring talks from women at various career stages across diverse fields, all united by their backgrounds in physics. In the afternoon, enjoy an engaging session with NASA-trained space engineer Stephen Ringler.
We are grateful to National Gas for funding this fantastic opportunity for Year 10 pupils to discover where physics can take them!
Please note this event is for schools based in the Norwich and Kings Lynn areas, and schools are invited to bring one minibus of pupils per school.
Spaces are limited, so please register promptly to secure your place. Please book one space per school.
