Join us for this in-person session on Radioactivity led by Paul Hammond, Physics Partners Coach and hosted by Cardinal Newman Catholic School, Luton.

Teaching Radioactivity - We will look at the range of practical options towards teaching radioactivity as well as a focus on the topic of half-life. A choice selection of exam questions will also be covered as well as a look at the number of online simulations that can contribute to student understanding

Expect plenty of cake, new ideas and chances for hands-on experimentation!

This session is fully-funded and delivered by Physics Partners. The session is part of the Luton Physics Hub series of twilight sessions for physics teachers, particularly non-specialists and early career teachers. Technicians are also welcome to attend.
