Teaching Potential Difference at KS5

Although mostly associated with electricity, the concept of potential - and potential difference - is a fundamental idea in other areas of physics too. The session will explore what it is and, through experiments and problems, show how applicable and useful it is.

This workshop is delivered at no cost but places are limited.

This workshop is fully funded and delivered by Physics Partners. It forms part of the Tower Hamlets KS5 Physics Hub series of sessions for physics teachers, particularly non-specialists and early career teachers. Technicians are also welcome to attend.
