Teaching Electricity (repeated session) - Hope Sentamu Learning Trust

Hope Sentamu Learning Trust and Physics Partners are offering a series of twilight workshops for teachers of Physics. Each session will have a different focus, and will be delivered by experienced Physics teachers. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A REPEAT OF THE SESSION HELD IN NOVEMBER 

We will discuss the basic concepts and student misconceptions, suggest classroom activities and approaches for practical work, and give opportunities for further sharing of best practice.

About the trainer:

This online session will be delivered by Graham Perrin. Graham taught high school physics at a variety of state schools around the north west for 23 years before stepping away from the classroom to work for the Institute of Physics Education team in 2008. He is currently the IOP's Regional Education Manager for the north of England and firmly believes that collaboration between CPD providers has to be the path for the future. Graham lives just north of Liverpool with his wife, two daughters and a whole menagerie of pets!
