A session showing strategies that can be used to improve the performance in the physics sections of the GCSE exam.
We will look at
Numeracy - Using formulae
Graphs - Interpreting graphs
Answering calculations
6 mark questions
Misconceptions and language needed to answer questions
Refreshments will be provided.
The course will be delivered by Neil Atkin. Neil is an experienced trainer who has taught physics for over 30 years and has also been a maths teacher. His style is innovative, hands on, challenging and fun! Neil is still teaching so his ideas are very current, practical and proven to improve the performance of students.
