Join us for this Hampshire Physics Hub session led by James Loosley, Science Coordinator and Richard Tucker, Head of Science at UTC Portsmouth. Both are also Physics Partners Coaches. The session is hosted by UTC Portsmouth.

Maths in Physics

A session led by an experience maths on physics teacher outlining the skills students need in order to fufill the maths requirements for GCSE physics (Both combined and separate science). It will also outline the tradition order of teaching of the maths course so colleagues are are aware of what maths skills students have at different points in the course.

This course is fully-funded and delivered as part of the Hampshire Physics CPD Network series of twilight sessions for physics teachers, particularly non-specialists and early career teachers.
