Lenses and Optics at GCSE

Description

Physics Partners are offering a series of twilight workshops for teachers of Physics. Hosted by Morpeth School and led by Kevin Walsh, these workshops will be particularly useful for Early Career Teachers and non-specialists. Experienced teachers of physics are also very welcome. 

GCSE Workshop: Lenses and Optics

Lenses and Lens Optics typically appear in specifications in the Waves sections and include topics such as Refraction, focal length, Ray diagrams and magnification. We will cover these and also briefly look at total internal reflection and telescopes.

This workshop is delivered at no cost but places are limited.
