Teaching Electrical Circuits

This workshop supports non-specialist teachers with teaching electrical circuits. Participants will deepen their understanding of the salient concepts, gain hands-on experience with several ideas for practical work and demonstrations, and learn strategies to address common misconceptions students have about electrical circuits. By the end, attendees will feel confident teaching this key topic effectively.

Expect plenty of cake, new ideas and chances for hands-on experimentation!

This course is fully-funded and delivered as part of the Hampshire Physics CPD Network series of twilight sessions for physics teachers, particularly non-specialists and early career teachers.
