Forces: KS3 National Curriculum

Focusing on the core concepts and challenges in teaching and learning about forces at KS3. What are forces? Where do they act? When are forces balanced? How do forces relate to motions? In this session we will concentrate on building the firm foundations on which so much is based.

This session will be aimed at those teaching KS3 for whom physics is not their specialism.

Expect plenty of cake, new ideas and chances for hands-on experimentation!

This session is fully-funded and delivered by Physics Partners. The session is part of the Warrington Physics Hub series of twilight sessions for physics teachers, particularly non-specialists and early career teachers. Technicians are also welcome to attend.
