Norwich Physics Hub - Forces

Description

This session on Forces is led by Anne Farthing, Head of Science and Physics at Norwich High School and Jessica Rowson, Trainer, Physics Partners. The session will also include a brief talk about engineering courses at UEA.

The Norwich physics teacher hub is a meeting of physics teachers to share practice. It is useful for both new physics teachers, who are looking for some support and guidance around practical work and A-level teaching, and also more experienced physics teacher who are keen to share ideas. The theme of the next meeting is forces. We will be looking at some of the practical set ups for A-level and GCSE and ideas for how to teach some of the trickier concepts.
