Electromagnetism for A-level

Description

Physics Partners are offering a series of workshops for teachers of A-level Physics. Hosted by Morpeth School and led by Kevin Walsh, these workshops will be particularly useful for Early Career Teachers and non-specialists. Experienced teachers of physics are also very welcome. 

Electromagnetism for A-level -

Electromagnetism at A level builds upon GCSE ideas of magnetic fields and induced emfs. We will explore how these ideas are developed into flux, flux linkage, Faraday's Law, Lenz's Law and motors/generators.

This workshop is delivered at no cost but places are limited.
