Electromagnetism and magnets at Wakefield Girls' High School

Wakefield Girls’ High School and Physics Partners are offering a series of twilight workshops for teachers of Physics. Based in the Physics department these workshops will be particularly useful for Early Career Teachers and non-specialists. Experienced teachers of physics are also very welcome. 

This session on 'Electromagnetism and magnets' is on Wednesday 5th February at 4.30pm (refreshments from 4.15pm).

We will discuss the basic concepts and student misconceptions, suggest classroom activities and approaches for practical work, and give opportunities for further sharing of best practice.

The workshops are delivered at no cost but places are limited.
